Facility O&M Services for Al Janoub Stadium, Marketplace, Park, and Utility Infrastructure in Al Wakrah City for a 42-month period following project completion, including operations supporting the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The scope comprised optimized MEP maintenance services, including planned, preventive, corrective, and comprehensive maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and major stadium systems, supported by emergency response services.
