The scope consists of two Towers, 50 storey high (approx.219m tall), with elliptical plan. The Podiums are designed to cascade down in scale towards the sea and range in height from G+5 to G+2 storey. The basement contains car parking, services, and links to Light Rail Transit station. The Towers are crowned with cladded structural steel. The Façade has distinctive Fin profile. Built up area Plot 1: 229,596 m² and Plot 2: 249,828 m²
