The scope of work consists of the design and build work for 16 No. ammunition stores and 2 No. hangars with external roads and infrastructure works.

Qatar Shield 5 Program Site 1/4A

The scope of work consists of the construction of 18 buildings with MEP installations, 4 Launch pads of 2,116 m², together with external works and utilities. The scope of the work covers two sites.

Construction of the School of Foreign Service (Georgetown University)

The scope of work consisted of the construction of several floors including:

  • Lower floor: car park, mechanical rooms & storage.
  • Upper floors: offices, IT services, support facilities, library, faculty facilities, classrooms and curriculum support, master of science foreign service facilities, centre for International studies, building support spaces.

Completion of Works for Cultural Village Project Phase 2

The scope of work consisted of the completion of works for the Cultural Village Project Phase-2 which comprised the following:

  • Construction of two new buildings
  • External cladding to buildings
  • Hard Landscaping
  • Irrigation system and soft landscaping to the cornice area
  • Internal and external painting works for 42 buildings
  • Installation of 7 elevators
  • Balancing of the scope of work that remained from the previous contractor
  • Internal finishes and interior decoration

Texas A&M College of Engineering

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a 3-storey building for the Texas A&M College of Engineering, as a part of the Education City Project developed by Qatar Foundation. The building comprises an academic building, a research building, a central atrium link and an underground car park. The scope included structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works with high grade finishes, modern audio-visual, information technology systems and external landscaping.

Liberal Arts & Science Building

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a 3-storey building for the Arts and Science College. This is part of the Education City project developed by Qatar Foundation. The scope includes structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works with high grade finishes and modern audio-visual and information technology systems.

Awqaf Tower Complex (Ministry of Education Headquarters)

The scope of work consisted of the construction, completion and maintenance of a 20- storey Tower Complex and a multi-purpose hall, ancillary buildings, roadworks, perimeter walls, in addition to all associated mechanical and electrical works including soft landscaping.

Al Hodaifi Tower (Olympic Committee Headquarters)

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a 122 m high, 28-storey office tower that includes a basement, carpark, penthouse, mechanical floors, helipad, and a multi-purpose hall. The superstructure is made from reinforced concrete supported on piled foundations with curtain walling. Services installations include air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing and drainage, firefighting, CATV, CCTV, PA, low current systems, and elevators.

Junior School, Cafeteria & Sports Facilities

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a prestigious educational facility that was completed and successfully handed over in a record time of just one year. It comprised of the following:

  • Main School Building with Junior School (15,500 m²)
  • Learning Centre (2,800 m²)
  • Cafeteria (5,500 m²)
  • Sports facilities with swimming pools (11,200 m²)
  • Courtyard areas (10,200 m²)

All works were done high quality finishes and complete electro-mechanical installations. Scope also included ancillary buildings (1,000 m²) in addition to external works that included access roads, car parking, hard and soft landscaping, boundary walls, signage and external services infrastructure.
