Al Sadd Development Complex

The scope of work consisted of the construction of 3 level basements, one hotel and 3 office towers with a common 4 level podium and 3 apartment buildings, in addition to recreation and utility buildings.

MIDMAC Main Office

This is the construction of MIDMAC’s new main office. It consists of 2 basements and 3 office floors. Underground basements serve as a carpark for up to 85 vehicles.

Tornado Tower

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a 51-storey tower at West Bay with 3 basements and a carpark around the tower.

Aspire Tower

The scope of work consisted of the design and build of 300m tower located at the Khalifa Sports City. The tower houses a 108-bedroom five-star hotel, health clubs, a sports museum, a revolving restaurant and a viewing deck.

The external facade is a combination of architectural stainless steel and glazing panels. A large gas Olympic Flame Torch is accommodated on top, allowing a live flame to be lit on special occasions such as the Asian Games of 2006. The tower’s structure is a combination of reinforced concrete and structural steel, with deep piles and a slip-formed concrete core. The scope also included electro-mechanical works, special systems, sophisticated architectural facade lighting, in addition to fitted furniture and equipment.

Construction of Housing Development – Housing Lot 2 & Infrastructure

The scope of work consisted of the construction of a new residential compound of 134 two-storey blocks, with a total of 391 dwelling units (a mixture of apartments and villas of various sizes).

The project is part of the Education City Project Development by Qatar Foundation. The scope of works also include external and infrastructure works, in addition to structural, architectural and electro-mechanical works with high grade finishes.

QIPCO Residential Compound at West Bay

The scope of work consisted of an Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) project for a high-grade residential compound made up of 200 villas, various support buildings, external works, infrastructure and electro-mechanical works.

Some of the many features of the compound include a modern club house, a kindergarten, an administration building, a mosque, and various swimming pools and sports facilities. All made with high quality finishes, in addition to fully furnished loose and fitted furniture/equipment.

ASAS Twin Towers

The scope of work consisted of the following Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) project: 2 Residential Towers (each having 2 Basements, a ground floor and 28 floors), with a common podium on the level of the ground floor and first floor. The overall height is 107m from ground level.

The structure consists of an in-situ concrete frame, with pre-stressed hollow core slabs. The external facade is a combination of architectural pre-cast panels and glazing units as well as high quality finishes and electromechanical works.

Fully furnished with loose and fitted furniture/equipment.

Khalifa Stadium Redevelopment – Package 3: Main Refurbishment & Roof Structure

The scope of work consisted of an extensive modification of the existing west stand and its internal spaces. Modifications include mechanical, electrical and plumbing services. The works include detail design and construction of foundations, creation of new VIP spaces, new external access, basement VIP car parks, a new roof structure, a central lighting arch, upper tier seating, new stadium lighting, new audio/visual and scoreboard system.

Qatar Motorcycle Race Track

The scope of work consisted of an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) project for an international Grand Prix race track circuit that meets the requirements of FIM/Moto GP specialists. The circuit consists of:

  • A 12-meter wide, 5.4-kilometer long, racetrack with all related safety requirements.
  • Associated buildings; such as control tower, medical centre, pit boxes, media centre, VIP Village, and others.
  • Paddock Area contains parking, laydown areas and service compounds, in addition to other facilities.
  • Grandstands for 5,000 spectators with associated services
  • Public Parking for 2,000 cars
  • Associated infrastructure including drainage, power, water and telecoms.
